hypethiz: There was no opposition and protests to it like there was for SOPA, all because everyone was distracted with the Boston Marathon. I believe that notion alone constitutes it for “conspiracy.” But seriously, you have to respect how fucking sly they are.  And I can already tell whats going to happen, the president will pass this bill in the name “fighting terrorism in The United States, for the safety of our citizens” (Sandy hook, Boston, other recent shootings this year, etc), even though he said he would most likely veto it.
